3 ways to win people (practices)
1-Do something for someone that they can’t do for themselves. (Ask yourself what can I do for this person that she/he couldn’t do for themselves).
2- in the first 30 seconds say something that’s its helpful or complimentary (something kind).
3- help people win (make people around you better).
